摘要: There is increasing recognition of the need for society to adapt impacts climate change, especially in water sector. Adaptation climatic involves both infrastructural adjustments, such as reinforcing dykes or creating storage capacity, and broader processes societal adjusting land use planning, more efficient agricultural transitions.
