摘要: Abstract Background There are now many pregnancy and parenting apps available on the market for both parenting. Aims To investigate how Australian women use apps, their attitudes about information provided data privacy security related to such use, what features they look in these apps. Methods An online survey was completed by 410 who were pregnant or had given birth at least one child past three years, aged between 18 45 competent English. Findings The of common among respondents. Almost quarters respondents used app; half reported using app. Respondents found useful helpful, particularly providing information, monitoring foetal development changes own bodies reassurance. Yet users not actively assessing validity content considering issues concerning personal themselves children that collect. Conclusion Apps becoming important as a source self-monitoring reassurance mothers with young children.
