摘要: AbstractObjective. Oral lichen planus (OLP) is one of the commonest diseases oral mucosa. The etiology disease unknown. Our goal was to determine frequencies functionally important alleles which metabolic rate (phenotype) individuals with OLP and compare drug utilization, focus on CYP2D6, that a control group. Material methods. study population consisted 46 patients OLP, 60 sex- age-matched subjects for utilization evaluation 223 healthy non-medicated controls genotype comparison. DNA analysis done using polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphism. gene CYP2D6 analyzed CYP2D6*3,*4,*5,*6 duplication.
