摘要: This study addresses one of the most compelling questions in field international management: How can a multinational simultaneously pursue double-ended objective effectively conceiving and executing its worldwide strategy? Here we examine ways which dynamics strategy-making process between head office subsidiary units influence multinational's ability to achieve these two objectives. Specifically, introduce concept procedural justice, intellectual root is grounded social psychology law, into management explore impact fairness on multinationals' conceive execute effective strategies. The results this research are based two-phase longitudinal decision making nineteen multinationals. They provide support that exercise justice indeed powerful way organize process. Procedural was found significantly augment objective.
