Crystal growth and nonlinear optical coefficients of Bi2ZnOB2O6

摘要: A sizable single crystal of Bi2ZnOB2O6 has been grown by the Kyropoulos method. The nonlinear optical coefficients have determined method Maker fringes at lambda = 1064 nm. It is found that these relative to d(36) for KH2PO4 (KDP) are d(31) (2.34 +/- 0.05)d(36) (KDP), d(32) (7.90 0.16)d(36) and d(33) (2.60 0.06)d(36) (KDP). large as well easy growth make a promising candidate NLO materials.
