摘要: A planar microcavity has been inserted into a self-assembled colloidal crystal by combination of convective self-assembly in vertical geometry and the Langmuir−Blodgett technique. This cavity, which is parallel to {111} planes, induces appearance localized state, pass band, forbidden band gap. We have experimentally determined optical properties this defect. The dependence position state investigated as function thickness defect layer. It found that behaves donor impurity, it originates conduction band.
