摘要: The present study investigates the potential use of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) on performance characteristics asphalt mixtures such as fatigue cracking and rutting major distresses hot mix (HMA). In order to assess impact HDPE an binder modifier behaviour HMA, control mixes without containing in dry wet conditions were tested. results show that life is higher than those for mix. Also, HDPE-modified provide better resistance due their stiffness. addition, by increasing temperature life, permanent deformation all specimens decreased, where sensitivity lower HDPE. On other hand, laboratory tests indicate increases adhesion between aggregate presence moisture.
