摘要: Anterior segment optical coherence tomography (AS-OCT) is a noninvasive technology capable of capturing high-resolution images the anterior segment. With AS-OCT, 7-year-old boy with nystagmus was diagnosed as having secondary congenital aphakia. The presence lens capsules on AS-OCT significant prognostic and management value child later benefited from bilateral sulcus-fixated intraocular implantation surgery. also required less cooperation patient compared to ultrasound biomicroscopy. To authors' knowledge, this first reported case aphakia by AS-OCT.
