Como consecuencia, campo arqueologica hacambiado hacia equipos multidisciplinares donde macrorrestosvegetales juega papel importante datos.PALABRAS CLAVE: Arqueopalinologia, Paleoecologia, Tafonomia, Cereal.SUMMARY: Archaeological sites are a fragment of the past wich have survived to presentday. They contain, not only artifacts but also fossil organic remains which survivors fromthe past. The effect humans on development vegetation was regarded as being bigimportance in interpretation pollen-analytical data. Recent research has proved thepossibility documenting short-term effects submodern and modern activities leading tochanges natural conditions. In this way, objetive pollen analysis an archaeologicalsite may serve elucidate explain archaeological problems by adding more evidence, coming from another angle: most human activity some palynological effect, changing thenatural vegetation, intentionally or unintentionally introducing polleniferous intothe site, causing redeposition old material, etc. Some questions can beanswered with greater precision than purely methods.Analyzing site analyst is interested siteitself conditions productivity area. As consequence, fieldinvestigations changed towards multidisciplinarty teamwork where analysis, botanical macroremains, play important parts data.KEY WORDS: Archaeopalynology, Palaeoecology, Taphonomy, Cereal.
