摘要: Immobilization of Nocardia corallina B-276 was examined for production 1,2-epoxyoctane from 1-octene in the presence n-hexadecane as organic solvent. Hydrophobic silicone polymer most suitable material entrapment cells. Coentrapment aqueous reaction medium into matrix improved epoxide productivity. It also effective to immobilize cells a mixed composed and calcium alginate gel involving medium. In monophase, amount accumulated with immobilized an almost equivolumetric composite both materials 2 7 times amounts single matrices, respectively, it became larger than free aqueous-organic two-liquid phase after longer period batch operation. The use such optimized enabled us perform relatively simple operation continuous three-phase bioreactor.
