摘要: Abstract The immune function of organs is extremely crucial for maintaining organism health status, which ultimately affects fish growth. Our previous study has found that dietary supplementation (2-carboxyethyl)dimethylsulfonium Bromide (Br-DMPT) in non-fish meal (NFM) diet could promote the growth grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella), whereas underlying reason or mechanism this results largely unclear. Herein, we further explored whether Br-DMPT promoted connected with enhanced (the head kidney, spleen and skin). In study, 540 (216.49 ± 0.29 g) were irregularly distributed to six groups three replicates (30 replicate−1) fed corresponding diets group containing a (FM) five different NFM supplemented gradational (0–520.0 mg/kg level) 60 days. After 60-days feeding trial, 8 from each replicate selected then conducted challenge test A. hydrophila 14 indicated diets, appropriate Br-DMPT: (1) significantly decreased morbidity skin haemorrhage lesion after infection (P 0.05). Taken together, diet, improve disease resistance capacity, non-specific immunity ameliorate inflammation, simultaneously mitigate these adverse effects induced by organs. Moreover, may be helpful decipher mechanisms how also provide scientific theoretical evidence future application as new immunopotentiator aquaculture industry.
