摘要: This study compares the environmental impacts of a polycrystalline photovoltaic (PV) module and wind turbine using life cycle assessment (LCA) method. models landfill disposal recycling scenarios decommissioned PV turbine, their to those other stages in cycles. The comparison establishes that has smaller almost all categories assessed. stage can become major contributor impacts, depending on scenarios. Recycling is an environmentally efficient method, because its benefits derived from energy savings resource reclaimed. end-of-life scenario for significant part should not be ignored. However, many factors also influence degree which beneficial. With scenario, when large quantities waste are recycled, potential quite large, while with module, small recycled mean fully reaped.
