摘要: AbstractPurpose: To present a case of fungal keratitis that was successfully treated with direct intrastromal medication delivery through corneal incision created the femtosecond laser. Methods: A 71-year-old female patient recurrent episodes an unresponsive, deep stromal for six months’ duration, resistant to various therapeutic approaches, referred our institute. The 150 kHz Intralase iFS laser (Abbott Medical Optics Inc., Santa Ana, CA) used create pocket in attempt permit drug directly into abscess. Results: Five days after injections, clinical condition improved. Two years procedure, cornea is stable and free any signs or symptoms recurrence. Conclusions: In this report, alternative application technology presented, performing treatment keratitis.
