摘要: Abstract The plasma protein, tetranectin, capable of binding to kringle-4 plasminogen, is reduced in serum after clotting plasma. Fibrin confirmed by the presence tetranectin clot lysates. amount bound fibrin varies with level, but constitutes a constant percentage 13–17% tetranectin. requires CaCl 2 , independent factor XIII. Further, it and plasminogen. Reduction fresh blood (9%) less than reduction made from platelet-poor (13–17%). This difference could be attributed releasable platelet pool Extracts platelets show around 15% (relative concentration). It concluded that can, upon coagulation, released become partially fibrin.
