摘要: Abstract The production of pyruvate from ( R )-lactate using the enzyme (2 )-hydroxycarboxylate-viologen-oxidoreductase in form a crude extract Proteus vulgaris cells was studied an enzyme–membrane reactor with coupled electrochemical regeneration mediator. artificial mediator anthraquinone-2,6-disulfonate served as electron acceptor. A cross-flow membrane module used for retention. kinetics cell and enzymatic reaction rates were measured simple mechanistic modeling.
