摘要: Polyaniline/nano titanium dioxide/graphene nanoplatelet (PANI/TiO 2 /G) composite was synthesized by mechanochemical route. The structure and morphology of the were characterized Fourier transform infrared spectra, ultraviolet-visible absorption x-ray diffraction transmission electron microscopy. electrochemical performances investigated galvanostatic charge-discharge, cyclic voltammetry, cycling stability impedance spectroscopy. properties PANI/TiO /G compared with that polyaniline/ graphene (PANI/G) prepared under same polymerization conditions. After comparative analysis PANI/G, effects nano dioxide (TiO ) on structural physicochemical PANI/G have been discussed in depth. comparison suggested has higher oxidation degree lower crystallinity than due to addition nano-TiO . Morphology studies showed PANI particles both observed bent flat surfaces composite. tests displayed a activity specific capacitance 516 F/g (3 mA/cm better cycle PANI/G.
