摘要: Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) constitute a major public health problem in the UK and may result very costly complications. Many STIs pose risk of number adverse pregnancy outcomes including miscarriage, still birth, preterm delivery, low birth weight ophthalmia neonatorum. National guidelines for management are produced regularly revised by British Association Sexual Heath HIV. This review outlines latest recommended treatment options during commonly encountered STIs.
