摘要: RAPD (randomly amplified polymorphic DNA) analyses were carried out on 21 accessions of Lachenalia bulbifera (Cyrillo) Engl. Five pre-selected primers produced an average 88% polymorphisms. Fifteen the could be identified using five primers. In a pairwise comparison genetic distance values ranging from 0.11 to 1.08 obtained. These reveal high amount variation within species.
