摘要: Based upon a sample of 83 cocaine users self-selected into one 3 programs, several conclusions seem possible. There seems to be little difference in Ss populations who choose hospital, outpatient or self-help/no treatment. Current hospital aftercare programs may not appropriately oriented for users. It appears the program this study retained fewer than 30% aftercare. Outpatient treatment dependency is viable form which will participate up 6 months on fee service basis. Only about 20% were referred self-help groups attended more meeting. Preliminary outcome data suggest that result lower relapse rate no However, conclusion extremely guarded due large number methodological issues and short follow-up period. Relapse use higher among returned alcohol marijuana.
