摘要: The construction and operation of a compact automatic Toepler pump the mercury piston type which has many advantages over previous designs are described. motion is controlled by switching relay activated electrodes so placed that at ultimate its stroke air leak to lower reservoir closed an oil vacuum started evacuate it, bottom stopped opened allow rise in chamber. Pumping action effected two glass valves with conically ground seats series gas inlet outlet tubes.
