摘要: The advent of synthetic biology has ushered in new applications cell-free transcription-translation systems. These systems are reconstituted using cellular proteins, and amenable to modular control their composition. Here, we discuss the historical advancement systems, as well rapid design genetic circuits components, directed evolution biomolecules, diagnosis infectious diseases, synthesis vaccines. Finally, present our vision on future direction biology.
