摘要: The interleukin-2 is a cytokine that essential for lymphocytic survival and function. Ectopic expression of the IL-2 receptor in epithelial tissues has been reported previously, although functional significance this still being investigated. We provided novel structural information on kidney cancer cells other normal neoplastic human tissues. In A-498 cells, we showed binding to its own triggers signal transduction pathway leading inhibition proliferation apoptosis. found associated with Erk1/2 dephosphorylation, whereas signals appear be mediated by Sgk1 activation.
