摘要: The structure of solar active regions derived from EUV and soft X-ray observations is reviewed. methods by which the emission measure as a function temperature can be interpreted are discussed. models density made variety combinations with information on spatial distribution material, broadly consistent. They show that plasma at low heights over central parts an region hotter denser than extends to greater heights. It appears much emitting material exists in form loop structures, presumably magnetically controlled flux tubes. Analytical relationships between physically important parameters describing properties T e > 2 × 105 K developed
