摘要: From May to June 2011, during a survey of the wheat-growing areas in Meknes Sais Region Morocco, several cyst nematode populations were detected. Sampling was performed 1 month before wheat (Triticum durum) harvest, fields showing patches stunted plants. Plants growing poorly, had chlorotic lower leaves, and reduced numbers ears. Root systems short bushy appearance because increased secondary root production. No cysts visible on roots, but found soil. Cysts collected from soil 200-μm sieves by modified Cobb decanting sieving method (1) identified morphology internal transcribed spacer (ITS)-rDNA sequencing. All isolates as Heterodera avenae except isolate Ain Jemâa. latter, key morphological features second-stage juveniles (J2) determined.
