摘要: High pressure or high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) has made a large impact on the analysis of compounds since its beginning in late 1950s and throughout continuous development to present. HPLC consists number components that contrast it ordinary chromatography: reusable columns, precise injection system, pumps drive solvents through relatively impermeable column at flow rates, packings consisting small particles designed provide separation efficiencies, detectors sensitive monitoring effluent. The coupling radioactivity such systems makes possible apply radiochemistry hence radiopharmaceuticals.
