摘要: To avoid leaky expression of the bacterial host-toxic PhiX174 lysis gene E from λpR promoter, a convergent promoter construct was made in which placed between sense and an anti-sense ParaBAD promoter. In presence l-arabinose, transcription at 28 °C repressed by RNA simultaneously expressed The stringent repression absence induction temperature resulted into higher concentration bacteria culture suspension, consequently stable production Salmonella Enteritidis (S. Enteritidis) ghost. immunogenicity S. ghost evaluated immunizing chickens. Chickens immunized group demonstrated significant increase levels Enteritidis-specific plasma IgG, intestinal sIgA, lymphocyte proliferative response. After virulent challenge, exhibited decreased recovery organs compared with non-immunized group. Together, these results demonstrate that molecular control over enabled ghost, immunization can protect chickens inducing robust humoral cellular immune responses.
