摘要: Abstract : The Bureau International des Poids et Mesures/International Astronomical Union (BIPM/IAU) Joint Committee on Relativity for space-time reference systems and metrology (JCR) has worked in collaboration with the IAU Working Group relativity celestial mechanics astrometry (RCMA) problems of astronomical relativistic frames. RCMA proposed to a consistent framework defining barycentric geocentric at first post-Newtonian level. Because new clock technology space missions will necessitate application this time frequency measurements solar system, practical resolutions are by JCR allow treatment these measurements. This paper outlines conclusions work that resulted resolutions.
