摘要: A process is given for producing solid polymers in high yields from vinyl compounds. The comprises subjecting the compounds at pressures (>5,000 psi) to ionizing radiation. Examples of are which ethylene, 1-chloro-1-tluoroethylene, and a mixture chloride 1-chloro-1-fluoroethylene were polymerized with gamma radiation up 40,000 psi. (D.L.C.)
