摘要: Methods and apparatus for providing consistency in Short Message Service (SMS) timestamp formatting (UTC or non-UTC) mobile communication devices are disclosed. In one illustrative example, a method involves receiving an SMS message intended device; identifying whether the has data formatted Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) format non-UTC format; converting from UTC to time based on identification that failing convert causing be sent device. Other techniques involve device usage of removable user identity module which stored indicator memory is indicative mode operation home center as coordinated universal mode.
