摘要: An apparatus for controlling an operation of a plurality communication layers in layered system comprises means providing property the channel, storage element storing first sets parameters defining different modes layer and second layers, selector selecting set from dependence on channel optimization goal to layer. Therefore, efficient exploitation resources can be achieved.
