摘要: An interlace-to-progressive scan conversion system comprises: a spatial line averaging prefilter; motion estimator; three-stage adaptive recursive filter. The estimator 3-D search sub-component having bilinear interpolator; correction an error-function including penalties related to the difference between given candidate vector and plurality of neighboring vectors; block erosion sub-component. assumes that is constant fields. filter first stage selects using static pixels data moving from next field; second more valid set compensated previous field selected by stage; third combines intra-field interpolation with stage.
