摘要: The incorporation of tritiated thymidine into the cells epidermis and hair follicle after stimulation skin by plucking has been studied. Incorporation levels increase a time lag 10 hours. For up to 96 hours show fluctuations which are interpreted as indicating synchronous progression through cell division cycle. length S total cycle for matrix basal epidermal can be roughly estimated. values obtained discussed compared with those other techniques.
