摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing mesenchymal stromal cell composition, comprising conveniently and aseptically separating high-purity amnion-derived MSCs by performing enzyme treatment only once. According invention, following are provided: comprising: an amnion with collagenase thermolysin and/or dispase; filtering enzyme-treated through mesh; cryopreserved composition; therapeutic agent as active ingredient composition disease selected from graft-versus-host disease, inflammatory bowel systemic lupus erythematosus, liver cirrhosis, or radiation enteritis.
