摘要: Fortran-90, its basis in Fortran-77, implications for parallel machines, and the extensions developed it by High Performance Fortran Forum (HPFF), a coalition of computer vendors, government laboratories, academic groups founded 1992 to improve performance usability Fortran-90 computationally intensive applications on wide variety including massively single-instruction multiple-data (SIMD) multiple-instruction (MIMD) systems vector processors, are discussed. SIMD MIMD systems, previous attempts develop languages them, genesis HPFF, how group actually worked, HPF programming model described. >
