摘要: A field emission device (100) having an electron emitter (101), for emitting electrons, extraction electrode (102) proximally disposed with respect to the anode (103) collecting some of any emitted electrons is formed. Anode distally (101). transient current source (110) operably coupled between (101) and a reference potential (107). Transient provides enhance response time from (100). controlling input line (111) provided signals being (110).
