摘要: Abstract The article presents the results of optimization operation parameters, investigation analytical characteristics and abilities a graphite filter-furnace (FF) atomizer for direct electrothermal atomic absorption spectroscopy (ET AAS) determination trace amounts Mn, As, Pb, Cu, Cd Zn in some vegetable oils fats. effect pyrolysis atomization temperatures FF on absorbance values listed elements at their evaporation from organic solutions presence Pd-Mg chemical modifier (CM) was investigated. For ET AAS with CM, temperature step can be raised by 250–350 °C. This mode allows to eliminate background absorption, increase sensitivity analyzed enhance total content or fats up 0.5 g mL −1 . obtained limits quantification were 0.002, 0.004, 0.0008, 0.0004 mg kg , respectively. relative standard deviation (RSD) varied between ∼3 8% time one element did not exceed ∼3–5 min. reliability proposed method checked using reference method. A paired Student's t -test showed no significant difference both methods 95% confidence level.
