摘要: The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a thermoelectric conversion module which has bellows shape, and good structural stability handleability flexibility as result combination an insulating member, heat dissipating etc.; heat-conductive laminate to be used in this module; method manufacturing same. is solved by comprising: main unit including support body layers formed on separated from each other, connection electrode connects adjacent ones layers; one or more bellows-shaped members provided so that projections recesses thereof fit unit; flexible linear member penetrates inclined surfaces inserted through members.
