摘要: The method comprising at least one wireless user terminal, UE, connected through a network to serving base station and plurality of cells, each station, said UE: estimating the cell loads cells by analysing downlink air interface load; providing network, information about actual load estimation performing selection based on estimated loads, wherein is performed without any exchange between cells.
