摘要: Summary Batch cultivation of monoculture Lactobacillus sp . and two–strain mixed culture sp. amylovorus DSM 20531 T was carried out with the aim ofproducing L -(+)- D -(–)/ -(+)-lactic acid to be implemented in poly(lactic acid) polymerproduction. Metabolic capacity two strains ferment different carbon sour-ces (glucose, sucrose or soluble starch) during MRS medium at 40 °C, alaboratory-scale stirred tank bioreactor defined. showed similar affinitytowards mono- disaccharide substrates, which were homofermentatively convertedmostly acid. L. has been characterized as a / -lactateproducer it is capable conducting simultaneous saccharification fermentation.Due interaction , starch hydro-lysed fermented mixture -(–)-lactic Modified Luedeking-Piret kinetics used for description substrate utilization, growth mixedcultures production lactic stereoisomers good agreement experi-mental data.
