摘要: A process for manufacturing a surgical needle incorporates at least one pressing operation which, preferably, in conjunction with trimming and/or etching process, ultimately forms the sharpened end. The grinding preferred does not produce primary edges of needle, but, rather is incorporated, instance, to reduce excess material prior operation. Consequently, amount flash generated during substantially reduced. This feature desirably enhances subsequent and operations, produces which extremely sharp, durable exhibits an improved retention sharpness over periods prolonged use.
