摘要: Disclosed is a method for enhancing the production of T cell lymphokines, which comprises exposing lymphocytes have potential to make selected lymphokines an appropriate concentration at least one particular steroid hormone prior cellular activation. Also disclosed are applications clinically diagnosing abnormal interleukin production, maintaining in vitro tissue cultures cells, overcoming certain types immunosuppression caused by elevated GCS levels, endogenous or exogenous administration, use as vaccine adjuvant selectively direct vaccine-induced immune response down protective, rather than potentially pathologic non-protective, immunologic pathway, treatment naturally occurring aging-related decreases function, stress trauma-induced and means facilitate desensitization agents warm-blooded animal allergic.
