摘要: Abstract A nucleoside aminohydrolase was prepared in 60-fold relative purity from the nonparticulate fraction of mouse kidney by denaturation at 60°, fractionation with (NH4)2SO4, treatment alumina gel Cγ (pH 7.5), and dialysis 0.02 m acetate buffer 4.5). The optimal pH 6.5. Cytidine, deoxycytidine, 1-β-d-arabinofuranosylcytosine were deaminated, respective Km values 7.53 x 10-5, 7.25 1.01 10-3. Divalent metals not required for activity. Inhibition p-chloromercuribenzoate indicated participation sulfhydryl groups.
