摘要: Finite Element (FEA) Method and Response Surface (RSM) are used to find the effect of milling parameters (cutting speed, feedrate axial depth) on cutting force when Hastelloy C-22HS. Based variance analyses both first- second-order RSM models, most influential design variable is feedrate. Optimised force values subsequently obtained from model equations. FEA shows distribution force.
