摘要: A screen printing process was used to substitute dry molding solve the uneven compaction problem in coil center column during this study. FeSiCr alloy powders (FSC) with a large particle size were mixed fine spherical carbonyl iron powder increase density. FSC (CIP) mixing ratio effects on magnetic paste rheological behaviors and properties of prepared using investigated. lowest viscosity can be obtained 3C7F (30% CIP + 70% FSC) due small-sized adsorbed onto surface. This reduces interlocked network formation resulting from CIP. The toroidal core exhibited highest relative density inductance. coils pure higher content better DC superposition characteristic. loss increased rapidly as increased. proper trade-off between inductance, DC-bias characteristic, reached by choosing suitable ratio.
