摘要: Left ventricular noncompaction (LVNC) is a newly recognized form of cardiomyopathy that has been associated with heart failure, arrhythmias, thromboembolic events, and sudden death. Both supraventricular arrhythmias are now well described as prominent clinical components LVNC. Throughout the spectrum age, these have prognosis outcome, their management therefore an important aspect patient care. The risk death seems to be dilation, systolic dysfunction, presence arrhythmias. Proposed strategies shown efficacy include antiarrhythmic therapy, ablation techniques, implantable cardioverter-defibrillator implantation.
