摘要: Fly-in/Fly-out models of health care for rural-remote communities are currently the focus evaluation and debate, as inequalities rural remote continue to challenge both service providers healthcare consumers. At first glance, these may attract new graduate nurses transitioning practice, because they appear resolve some tensions in career planning aspirations.
