摘要: Through analysis of the orientations, conflicts and challenges recent energy–climate policy in Stockholm, this paper interrogates how energy climate become (translated as) a set issues which come to matter local urban arena for different social political interests. Drawing particular on theoretical work materiality, it is argued that ongoing, ‘everyday’ struggles over processes practices transformation fabric constitute repoliticised settings through orientations transition are materially understood, experienced performed diverging ways. In ‘mapping’ undulating politics matters, outlines an alternative way following and/or measuring carbon flows environment.
