摘要: Underground coal gasification can convert deep into synthesis gas for use in the production of electricity, fuels and chemicals. This paper provides a review fundamental physical phenomena underground associated modeling efforts. The relevant fundamentals are described cavity growth at sidewall roof examined detail. transport chemical reactions occurring permeable bed char ash void space reviewed. heat mass, including contaminants, near- far-fields surrounding an gasifier also summarized. An overview geomechanical coupled interactions between mechanical provided. Finally, integrated UCG models reviewed recommendations future model development (C) 2018 Elsevier Ltd.
