摘要: Endotracheal tubes with cuffs that self-inflate during inspiration and remain inflated expiration, in which the Coanda effect is employed to lead air into cuff for inflation. Shown a tube having an opening through its wall volume surface arranged inspiration, check valve prevent outward flow of air. Also shown openings expiration. The are substantially larger than trachea thin film material.
