摘要: A method has been previously described whereby the infusion of canine serun and serum fractions rich in convertin, but essentially devoid thromboplastin, prothrombin, ac-globulin thrombin, initiates venous thrombosis dogs at sites partial or complete stasis far removed from site infusion. It suggested that pathogenesis various clinical states may be referable to local combined with a transient increase circulating convertin activity. The present study demonstrates heparin is superior dicumarol inhibiting evolution such serum-induced intravascular thrombi dogs.
